Articulate an awareness of how patient and clinician expectations (implicit and explicit) can impact clinical encounters with patients with chronic pain, mental health, and/or substance use health concerns
Identify personal strategies that may assist in identifying discordant patient and clinician expectations
Access and start using some strategies and/or tools to mitigate discordant patient and clinician expectations
